David Miedema was raised in Hudsonville, MI where he now presently resides with his family. He is a graduate of Covenant Christian High School in Grand Rapids, MI and Grand Valley State University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree by majoring in Finance.

  • Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)

]]> Upon graduating from Wyoming Park in 2001 and attending GRCC I entered into the banking world for 7 years- but real estate is where my heart has always been. I began working within the community of new construction real estate in 2012 and obtained my Real Estate Salesperson license in January 2013. I enjoy the opportunity given to me at Miedema Realty to assist David with each of his clients as they navigate through their changes in real estate ownership.

When not at work, I enjoy time with my husband of 13 years, Chris, who works as a purchasing manager at Buist Electric, and my 3 kids Colter (10), Tyce (8) and Brynna (5). As a family we enjoy attending community events, camping, boating and spending time with close friends from our Zeeland community.

]]> Tammey Underhill was raised in Ionia, MI. She married and moved to the Grand Rapids area and raised four daughters and now resides in Kentwood. She has six grandsons who like to show homes with her. She received her real estate license in 1995 and has been with Miedema Realty, Inc. since that time. She has also been a residential appraiser for the last fifteen years.

She started helping friends and relatives buy and sell homes and now she is helping the next generation buy and sell homes. It is a pleasure to go to a closing and see the excitement in a first time buyers eyes. Then, when it is time to downsize help them find the perfect smaller home that is just right for the retirement years.
