David Miedema was raised in Hudsonville, MI where he now presently resides with his family. He is a graduate of Covenant Christian High School in Grand Rapids, MI and Grand Valley State University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree by majoring in Finance.

He has been professionally assisting clients and families with their real estate needs since 1993.

Tammey Underhill was raised in Ionia, MI. She married and moved to the Grand Rapids area and raised four daughters and now resides in Kentwood. She has six grandsons who like to show homes with her. She received her real estate license in 1995 and has been with Miedema Realty, Inc. since that time. She has also been a residential appraiser for the last fifteen years.

She started helping friends and relatives buy and sell homes and now she is helping the next generation buy and sell homes. It is a pleasure to go to a closing and see the excitement in a first time buyers eyes. Then, when it is time to downsize help them find the perfect smaller home that is just right for the retirement years.

Travis Miedema joined Miedema Realty in 2017. He graduated Calvin College in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance and Human Resources, and a minor in Psychology. He would like to disclose that he is not David’s son, but rather the son of one of David’s cousins.

Travis enjoys watching and playing hockey, and snowboarding, which he teaches on the side at Cannonsburg Ski Area. Travis has a heart for service and ensuring people’s needs are taken care of, and we are glad to have him as a part of Miedema Realty.
